Timescale: 3 Months Value of works: £65k Project Details: With space at a premium, and two growing girls, we were asked to help find a solution to accommodate the family’s needs. This full dormer loft conversion, with clever use of space, has created a brilliant area for the sisters to have both privacy and a shared space. Two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, and storage; and to top it off, an inviting lobby area for both to share. We modified the 1F, as per clients wishes, to have an open feel and create a dedicated area for desk and even more storage.
