Project Details: With some careful planning, we were able to create two well designed self-contained units, both with two bedrooms. Attention to detail has allowed us to cleverly use the available space, to ensure that both flats have a fluid lay out, private spaces and great open plan living area. The project was purposefully designed and delivered to suit the landlord’s specification for long term durability and rental use. Challenges included tackling scaffolding licence permits on main roads, arranging and managing new incoming service supplies for water, gas and electricity for separate units and designing and agreeing mechanical and electrical routes throughout the large Victorian terrace property.
