Project Overview
Project brief: Design and build of a rear extension on a terraced house as well as supply and fit of new kitchen.
Timeframe: 3 months
Work completed: KT5 were brought in to design and build a rear extension on a terraced house in the popular area of New Malden, just outside of Wimbledon, London, for a family who needed more ground floor space.
Giving a modern open plan to the rear aspect of the property, looking out over the family garden, the extension has allowed for additional dining and entertaining space the family needed.
- KT5 were instrumental in designing, supplying and fitting the kitchen along with moving the access points for the gas and electric, supplying a new boiler, new wiring, plumbing and flooring.
- Additional space generated on the properties ground floor allowed space for a new cloakroom and WC.
