Work carried out: KT5 have been brought in to help a family in Surrey redevelop their bungalow and modernise the property, suitable for their changing needs.
By reconfiguring the home and adding on a large 45sqm rear extension, the family will benefit from a modern and stylish, open plan kitchen-diner, looking out on to the garden.
Making use of existing rooms, and changing the functionality, the family will benefit from a playroom and 2 new top of the range bathrooms. The property will receive new flooring and wiring throughout, and to ‘future proof’ the home for additional expansion at a later date, a solid staircase will be added going up to the loft.
