Work carried out: KT5 were brought in to renovate and modernise this bright 3 bedroom family home and bring it back to life with full modern fixtures and interior features throughout.
- Major electrical work was required, adding new safety assured wiring to the property, as well as stripping back the current decor, skimming all walls and ensuring it was ‘snag’ free for the buyer.
- By combining the bathroom and toilet, this gave a bright washroom to the property that works for the whole family.
- Carefully chosen feature paper and lighting gave the delightful family property a modern luxurious feel throughout.
- Making the house look desirable inside and out for the buyer, KT5 also re-decorated the exterior of the home.
