Project Overview
Project brief: Refurbish and modernise a 2 bedroom flat for first time buyers, including redecorate, build in storage and new bathroom.
Timescale: 4 weeks
Work carried out: KT5 were delighted to work with the first time buyers of this highly desirable flat, just a short walk from Wimbledon high street and mainline station. The brief was to fully renovate and modernise the 2 bedrooms, as well as upgrade and remodel the bathroom to a shower suite.
- Plastering and painting the walls and decoration of both bedrooms and hallway.
- Removal of cupboards and installing new storage solutions.
- Hurdles in the task included unexpected issues such as exposed hidden gas pipes, however we were still able to enlist the experts and trained staff to work to timeframe and deliver within budget.
- The professional young couple were delighted with the results and the quick turn around with high spec finish, reducing the amount of disruption to their busy lifestyle and allowing them immediate opportunity to enjoy their new home.
