Project Overview
Project Brief: Full refurbishment and transformation of large family home, creating 5 bedrooms and build of guest suite in annex
Timescale: 8 Months
Work carried out: KT5 have successfully helped a professional couple and their young family transform their new Surrey home just outside of London. Making the project as seamless as possible for the clients.
- KT5 were appointed with full trust in their ability to aid them with the sign off process, architect and structural engineer liaison, as well as the planning permission for their double storey extension and loft conversion.
- The current property was in great need of renovation and now updated to a dream large 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home, with downstairs toilet/cloakroom.
- Helping the couple to really maximise their kitchen-dining space, we helped the couple achieve their innovative vision for a sunken family dining table in the heart of the family hub.
KT5 and the couple used digital ‘scrapbook’ Pinterest to help pick out the finer details to the project – the home is now complete with beautiful fixtures and finishing touches, including granite surfacing, alcove lighting, under cupboard bench and storage area, and painted with luxurious neutral shades to complement their home accessories and appliances.
