Project Overview
Project Brief: Property transformation from single semi-detached house into 3 luxury apartments
Timescale: 9 Months (work currently in progress)
Work carried out: KT5 have been appointed to project manage and renovate the current semi-detached house into the 3 desired apartments, from start to finish.
- After careful consultation with the project’s architect we were able to help the client seek the necessary advice to apply, seek and gain permission for work to start.
- The project requires a lot of structural modifications, including loft conversion, rear extension, side extension, new high spec windows and bi-fold doors.
- The apartments will receive a full internal fit out to the highest specification, including all necessary fittings and fixtures to complete the 3 kitchens, 5 bathrooms, interior walls and soft landscaping around the external areas of the property.
