Project Overview
Project Brief: Project Managed the completion of 19 luxury apartments
Timescale: 12 Months
Work carried out: A project with lots of design and specific details, KT5 were brought in to rectify a major Surrey project build that was left with many challenges. After the developer was let down by a previous contractor, KT5 were brought in to fully project manage the remainder of the construction work and interior fit.
- With our vast experience in dealing with multiple contractors and suppliers, KT5 problem solved and liaised with architects, structural engineers and fitters to get the job complete to time and revised budget.
- Tweaked design on site, revising quotes and timescales to bringing in new suppliers to rectify the defects.
- All external works and internal fit-out of all 19 apartments were completed to the new time frame and budget agreed, right down to customer sign off
- We also managed the final snagging works for all buyers to the highest specification.
