Project Overview
Project Brief: Fully refurbish and modernise studio flat
Timescale: 4 weeks
Work carried out: KT5 were brought in to breath life into a tired studio flat within a purpose built complex of apartments, just outside of the desirable location of Surrey Hills.
- The property required a complete strip out by us of existing kitchen and bathroom
- We relaid all , as well as a relaid all flooring, adding new natural looking laminate throughout.
- We ensured that the property now meets strict safety regulations, having been rewired though out.
- A high quality finish has been given to walls and ceilings as well as fit of all new internal doors, and front door.
- Finishing the property to the highest of modifications, the studio apartment received new ironmongery, skirting, architrave, radiators and a modern interior finish to the property including bathroom and kitchen design.
We support clients when choosing paint, feature paper and tiling, to ensure when we carry out the build work, we have your end goal in mind. We can help advice on finishings, such as colours that work for your style of home, under the natural light it receives. This all helps to create a designer look to your home, in-keeping with properties heritage.
