Project Overview
Project brief: Installation of 2 modern wash rooms in a desirable London townhouse
Timeframe: 3-4 Weeks
Work completed: New bathroom fitters, KT5 were brought in to help transform a South London terraced townhouse in a sought after location to help modernise, add value and give a luxurious feel to the property’s interior.
- The main bathroom was completely stripped out and reconfigured, adding a new suite, plumbing, tiling and installation of wash facilities.
- An innovative ‘Jack & Jill’ technique was given to the room offering double door versatility, meaning the bathroom was accessible from both the hallway and second bedroom.
- To the master bedroom a stylish ensuite was updated, again completely stripping out the existing suite and starting again.
All this in under a month! Both rooms were designed, installed and project managed by KT5 Construction.
