Project Details: An exclusive development of two detached luxury four-bedroom houses, newly built and created to the highest specification. Full design and build for these two new homes, on a site that previously had a one family home. There was ample space to create these spacious homes and using the latest Light Gauge Steel Frame structures. The benefits of this may not be known to those outside of construction, but this offers speed without any compromise in quality. In fact, quite the opposite, LGSF does not bend or warp, as wood does. It will not be infected by wood boring insects. It will withstand moderate earthquakes and uses less resources and less waste than other products. We don’t have to cut down forests to make this. We are sure that this is the future and will be looking to build many more projects using this technology.
