Project Details: A derelict site of unused garages purchased with planning permission to create a new build two-bedroom bungalows We were commissioned for the design and build and working closely with the necessary parties; we were able to add value for the customer, by increasing the original 2 bedroom bungalows, into 3 bedroom chalet bungalows. The introduction of the light gauge steel frames, the build was quicker than a traditional bricks and mortar build and meant our customer was able to see a quicker return on their investment. These two new build family homes included a modern spacious living quarters, private gardens, and parking for two cars.
